We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods will be delivered within 3-5 business days or delivered within the estimated arrival time. Please note that delivery might be delayed during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2  OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. Do note that the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, holidays, weather conditions, and other external factors. The tracking information would provide the most accurate delivery date.

We are not liable for delayed or retained shipments while the goods are going through customs clearance.

Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm, except on US national holidays. In these instances, we take reasonable steps to ensure that shipment delays will be minimal.
